The participation fee includes:

• Participation in the event

• The presentation of one of your perfumes by our partners, as well as the display of a QR code linking to your website

• Communication by the organizers around the event

• The organization does not take any commission on the participant’s sales. The participant is solely responsible for setting their own retail prices.
• The participant is responsible for sending several perfume bottles at least 15 days before the event, along with a presentation paragraph and the QR code linking to their website.

• Although involved in the event, the organization is not responsible for attendance or for the commercial success of the participant’s sales.

Space & stand

• The organization declines all responsibility in the event of theft, damage to the stand, equipment, or any goods belonging to the participant.
• It is not possible to modify the options selected at the time of payment.
• No additional equipment will be accepted.

Participation & cancellation

• The organization reserves the right to select participants whose values and spirit align with those it wishes to promote, while ensuring a balance between the types of activities represented and within the limits of available space.
• In the event of non-compliance with the participation conditions, or if the participant’s behavior is deemed harmful to the reputation and/or smooth running of the event, the organization may terminate the registration with immediate effect.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify the participation conditions, or to postpone or cancel the event if circumstances so require.
• No refunds are possible after registration, unless the cancellation is initiated by the organizers.

Le tarif de participation comprend :

- La participation à l'évènement
- La présentation d'un de vos parfums par nos prestataires ainsi que l'affichage du QR code envoyant à votre site.
- La communication des organisateurs autour de l’événement

• L’organisation ne prend aucune commission sur les ventes du participant qui est lui-même responsable de la fixation de ses tarifs de vente.

• Le participant est responsable de l'envoi de plus flacons de parfum au moins 15 jours avant l'évenement. L'envoi d'un paragraphe de présentation ainsi que du QR code renvoyant à votre site.

• Bien qu'impliquée, l’organisation n’est pas responsable de la fréquentation de l’événement et du succès des ventes du/de la participant.

Espace & stand

• L’organisation décline toute responsabilité en cas de vol ou de dégradation du stand ou du matériel et des biens appartenant au participant.
